책소개

이 책은 영어 임용의 1차 대비서인 ‘루이스 기출분석’의 부록으로 출발한 후 2017년 처음으로 2차만
따로 출간이 되었으며, 트렌드에 맞게 내용을 추가하다보니 이번에 제3판을 출간하게 되었습니다. 제
가 임용 공부를 했을 때 가장 답답했던 점은 비싼 학원 강의를 등록하지 않으면 1차 기출문제의 샘플
답안과 해설을 제대로 구할 수 없다는 것이었습니다. 2차 면접/수업실연의 경우엔 더 심했습니다. 면접
/수업실연 기출문제를 복기한 자료 자체도 학원의 도움 없이는 구하기가 매우 어려웠고, 공부 방향을
잡기도 매우 힘들었습니다. 이런 점을 도와드리고자 저는 합격 후 1차 기출문제 해설 책을 출간하였으
며, 2차도 면접/수업실연 기출문제를 포함한 대비서를 출간하게 되었습니다. 그리고 수업실연 기출문
제는 책을 구매하지 않으셔도 구하실 수 있도록 매년 루이스 카페에 무료로 올리고 있습니다. 이는
저 혼자 힘으로 만들어 낸 것이 아닙니다. 매년 2차 시험이 끝나고 다음 분들을 위해 카페에 문제복기
를 해주신 선생님들 덕분입니다. 앞으로도 2차 기출문제를 다음 시험을 준비하시는 분들을 위해 무료

2차대비책 집필 중 가장 노력한 부분은 제가 현직 교사로 근무하고 있기 때문에 학교 현장 경험과
2차 대비 내용을 최대한 연결한 부분입니다. 임용을 준비하는 수험생 중 많은 분들은 학교 현장 경험이
아직 없거나 적습니다. 하지만 면접 문제는 학교 현장에서 자주 발생하는 상황이 출제가 되고, 수업
시연은 현장의 학생들에게도 잘 맞는 수업인가를 중점적으로 평가합니다. 여기서 발생할 수 있는 문제
는 수험생 판단으로 최선의 면접 답변과 수업을 했더라도 감독관 입장에서 학교 현장과는 맞지 않는다
고 생각하면 좋은 점수를 받을 수 없다는 것입니다. 저는 이 둘 사이의 거리를 좁히는 역할을 해야겠다
고 생각했습니다. 형식적인 시험대비용 답안이 아닌 실제 현장에서도 쓸 수 있는, 그렇기 때문에 현장
에서 오랜 경험을 한 임용2차 감독관의 인정을 받을 수 있는 내용으로 구성하려고 노력했습니다. 또한
면접에서는 최근 교육 현장 트렌드를 파악하는 것이 정말 중요합니다. 1차 시험을 준비하기도 바쁜데
이런 흐름까지 파악하는 것이 매우 어렵기 때문에 책을 통해서 파악하실 수 있도록 최근 교육 현장에
서 가장 이슈가 되는 내용을 선별하여 정리하였고, 관련된 연습문제도 제작하여 수록하였습니다.
사실 2차는 책 내용 숙지보다 직접 많이 말해보고 시연해보는 것이 중요하기에, 저는 매년 예비교사
분들을 직접 만나서 2차 준비를 도와드리고 있습니다. 올해는 코로나로 인해 직접 방문이 어려울 수도
있겠으나, 온라인 공간에서라도 최대한 도와드리려고 합니다. 정말 감사하게도 시험 합격 이후에 다음
분들을 돕는 일에 참여하겠다고 멘토로 지원해주신 분이 매년 늘어나고 있어 점점 더 많은 분들께 도
움을 드릴 수 있을 것 같습니다. 2차 시험 만큼은 정말 현장에 있는 선배 교사가 가장 큰 도움이 될
수 있고, 그 피드백 내용은 시험뿐만 아니라 합격 후 교직생활까지 이어진다고 생각합니다. 합격 후
문제복기, 합격수기, 피드백 멘토 지원 등 어떤 방식으로든 도움 활동에 참여해주시면 정말 감사할 것
같고, 그럴수록 저도 힘을 받아 이런 활동을 더 오래 이어나갈 수 있을 것 같습니다. 올해 특히 어려운
상황 속에서도 1년간 공부하시는데 고생 많으셨습니다. 그 노력이 아까워서라도 2차 대비는 끝까지
최선을 다해 주시길 바랍니다.

<책 활용 방법>
이 책의 면접파트에는 전형적인 유형은 거의 포함이 되어있으나, 모든 유형이 있는 것은 아니므로
없는 유형은 추가를 하면서 공부하시면 좋습니다. (그렇지만 너무 많은 세부 유형으로 나누는 것은 추
천하지 않습니다.) 기출엔 자세하고 구체적인 상황으로 나오지만 결국 “유형”( 공격적인 학생)이 있기
마련이고, 그 유형을 빨리 파악해서 접근하면 짧은 시간 내에 즉각적으로 답변을 구상해야 하는 임용
면접 시험구조에 더 수월한 것 같아 이런 방식으로 자료를 정리했습니다. 이 책은 원래 제가 2차대비할
때의 서브노트였기에, 여러분만의 노트를 만드시는데 참고 할 수 있는 가이드라인이기도 합니다. 물론
출간과정에서 내용이 많이 추가되었지만, 여러분도 짧은 2차 준비기간 동안에 집중 및 몰입한다면 상
당히 많은 내용을 정리하여 대비할 수 있습니다. 이 책의 구조처럼 여러분도 매일매일 공부하는 내용을
유형별로 목차를 만들어 정리를 하시는 것을 추천드립니다.
그리고 중요한 것은 여기에 나온 답변들이 꼭 정답은 아니라는 점입니다. 면접문제에 정해진 답은
없습니다. 본인이 생각하는 답변에 기본을 두고, 그것을 바탕으로 여기에 나온 답변을 적절히 선택 및
재구성하여 사용하실 것을 추천합니다. 감독관 입장에서도 확실히 어디서 외운듯한 느낌의 답변 보다
는 본인의 교직관을 보여주는 진정성 있는 답변에 높은 점수를 줄 것입니다.
그리고 시간적 여유가 있으시다면 제가 활용한 책의 목록들을 직접 보고 읽어보며 정리하시는 것을
추천합니다. 단순히 학원가의 면접책을 외우는 것보다는, 실제로 학교 현장을 다루는 책들 및 영상들을
보면서 자신의 교직관 및 생각을 키워나가는 것이 중요합니다. 최근 면접에서 우리말을 사용하는 문항
이 늘어나고, 지역별로 교육청에서 자체 출제 문제가 많아졌으며, 즉답형도 많아졌습니다. 토론을 시키
는 지역도 생기는 등 2차에서 변별을 크게 두려는 움직임이 진행되고 있습니다. 이런 현상은 학원가에
서 길들여져 획일적인 답변을 하는 예비교사보다는, 평소에 교직과 관련해 많은 고민을 해서 교직관이
잘 잡혀있는 교사를 뽑겠다는 것입니다. 평소에 1차 준비를 할 때도 쉬는시간을 활용하여 EBS다큐
및 현직교사들이 쓴 교직관련 책들을 보면서 많이 고민을 하고 생각을 한다면, 실제 면접시험에서 진정
성 있는 답변을 한다는 것이 감독관에게 확실히 전달이 될 것입니다. 그렇다면 2차에서 고득점을 받을
수 있어 합격을 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 합격 후 학교 현장에서 학생들을 대할 때도 큰 도움이 될
것입니다.
수업실연 파트도 비슷합니다. 책에는 각 상황별, 디렉션별 팁이 수록되어있지만 꼭 이대로 따라해야
하는 것은 아닙니다. 가장 중요한 것은 본인의 철학과 진정성이 담기면서도 가장 자연스럽게 할 수
있는 수업을 만드는 것이 중요합니다. 그런 수업을 만드는 과정에서 이 책의 아이디어를 참고하는 것입
니다. 또 중요한 것은 최근 교사의 가르침보다는 학생들의 배움을 우선적으로 생각하는 것 (배움중심수
업, 학생중심수업 등)이 강조되고 있으므로 수업실연을 할 때도 ‘나의 수업 진행이 학생들에게 어떻게
받아들여지는가’ ‘학생들은 이 수업에서 어떻게 배움을 만들 수 있는가’를 고민하시면서 연습하신다면
실전에서도 그 고민이 반영된 수업을 할 수 있으실 겁니다.
